Refund and Returns Policy


Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

In order to be eligible for return, your item must:

  • A receipt or proof of purchase can be provided.
  • Apply for a return/refund application within 30 days from the date of receipt.
  • Merchandise must be in original packaging with a label to protect the product during shipping. All returned items must be in 100% resalable condition, in the same condition as received, unused or unworn.
  • The return authorization number should be visible on all packages and on the freight bill.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Proudct with obvious signs of use.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
  • Custom Items – Custom items manufactured to our member’s personal and unique specifications cannot be returned or refunded, except for warranty repair/replacement due to non-compliance to specifications.
  • Special/bulk orders and seasonal products cannot be returned.

All products are free shipping. Returns require the buyer to bear the cost of return postage.

Notes on returns:

  • Once you place an order, we only allow changes and cancellations within 24 hours. Changes or cancellations made outside 24 hours will incur a return fee.
  • Please check the outer box and all items immediately after receiving the goods for signs of wrong shipment/defective/damage. For returns, you can contact us at and get the return address.Please note that returns need to be sent to the address we provided you.
  • If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • If your product is damaged in transit and is “rejected” for delivery, we will replace the product for free.
  • You may be asked to dispose of or donate any unwanted or damaged products, and in some cases may be required.
  • Once the package is received and inspected by our returns department, you can receive your refund within 2-5 working days. In many cases, you will receive your refund more quickly. We will notify you by email once the refund has been processed. After two weeks, if you have not received your credit, please contact us by email, so we can investigate what happened to your refund. Please include your full name, address, order number, shipper name used and tracking number on your order.


  • Please inspect the outer box and all items immediately upon receipt for signs of misshipment/defective/damage. For claims please email us: so we can start the process. All claims must be made within 5 working days of delivery.
  • All defective/damaged products are guaranteed to be replaced with new ones without repair, and strongbird will bear the freight.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
